The pneumatic diaphragm sleeve regulating valve adopts a sleeve guided and pressure balanced valve core structure. It is mainly designed for noise reduction of compressible fluids such as steam, air, and natural gas. To adapt to gas throttling, diffusion, and expansion, the sleeve is equipped with a large number of small holes to achieve ideal pressure drop. The fluid channel is S-shaped and equipped with a guide wing to improve the smooth flow of fluid around the sleeve, resulting in small pressure drop loss and allowing for a large Cv value.
